[Bug] Moving items to start of construction queue

The button to move something to the front of a queue is misleading.

It says: Move ... to Start of Construction Wait Queue.

How I expect it to work: The thing being moved from position n to the start of the queue is moved to position 1. Everything else in the list increases one position.

How it really works: The thing being moved from position n to the start of the queue is moved to position 1. The thing that was in position 1 is moved to position n.

I have not found any scenario where this is useful.

And yes, Venerable Rebel is the construction ship in position 1 before I clicked the button.

To reproduce this issue:

1. Launch the game to the main menu.
2. Click on "Start a new game".
3. Select starting expansion, pre-warp tech level.
4. Click on "Start Game".
5. As soon as the galaxy loads, select your colony using "C" on your keyboard.
6. If the construction queue already has 3 or more items on it, select the first item and make a note of it.
7. Select the third item.
8. Click the pink button highlighted in the screenshot below.
9. Observe that what was previously in 3rd position is now in 1st, and what was previously in 1st position is now in 3rd.
10. Save the game.

Ah.. I know this issue well. Instagram only recently stopped telling me I had one unread message. I had that unread message for 5 years.

I think threads moved from the main forum to a subforum do as you describe.

They also stop updating their position in the list of threads sorted by last post date, but still display last post date, resulting in a thread whose last post was later than threads ranked more recently in the list.

What happens if you go into a thread, hit reply, type a letter in the textbox but then don't submit?

Yes, this forum is a bit "sub-optimal", to say the least. - That's why I only use it when I have to or when I can't upload things in other forums (like Steam - or even the official form the DEVs offer ) and have to use this as reference.

Nothing, really. - I already tried it several times, but it only works if you really send a reply.
