Paint tool

Not paint as in paint the map, put rather change individual settings. Specifically, depot priorities.

Instead of selecting each depot individually and then changing the priority, it'd be nice to have a tool that allows me to simply select depot prior (0 to 4) to paint, and then click depots on the map and it automatically changes the priority of the depot.

Similarly, rather than right-clicking and selecting expand airfield and clicking yes on the prompt, a simple tool to expand each airfield I click. And why not build fortification zone as well.

It's always good interface design to reduce the number of clicks required to half or a third or even fourth...
