Changing of ToE cause of Reinforcements/Vehicles?

Hallo,
Not sure if here is the appropriate sector for my request. I am playing WitE2 since the first days of its release.. Altough, "Reinforcements" were always problematic for me to understand. After every round I check the "Vehicles Received" and "Men Received" in the Command Report. This way I can see at which unit the Reinforcements arrive. However, I would like to know exactly which Vehicles or Reinforcements are arriving specifically and how that affects TOE each turn. Assuming a division has 70/92 ToE - then the ToE must change when it receives equipment (vehicles, reinforcements). But where do I see how exactly the ToE changes and which vehicles were delivered? Pak? Tanks? etc. That's what I would like to know.

Only thing you could possibly see is the difference between AFV, GUN and MEN. So you wont be able to see wether the Division received a Artillery, Howitzer or PaK.
This can be only achieved by exporting your Commanders report every turn and importing it into Excel + analyzing the data in there.
This could look like this, I've set up the lines to automatically import the data needed from the exported CSVs. It is showing the changed values in red "-" and green "+".
