1370.2-Large scenario save doesn't start

I'm trying to finish a scenario for the forum, and I encountered a problem
I begin the scen and save it once hostilities have comenced
The problem is that when I try to run it again,although is loaded without a problem, and pressing the play button it remains frozen.

Was also an issue in all previous releases from the recent update.

Could you provide a fresh exception log after this issue happens?
I couldn't reproduce it in my current tests.

For shure, i could. But it's empty as there is no exception. It's just not starting. The GUI is fully functional.

In my case I'm running plain vanilla 1307 Steam version

I tried everything I could to break the OP scenario on start up and by reloading multiple times and couldn't on my PC with 1307.2. Have an i9 with 3080 laptop.

I am having the same problem , no matter what I do my scens can't continue

There's no problem loading a scenario at all. It's just impossible to start it. The play button changes its appearance as normal but then nothing happens. No exception, no error message - just nothing. This is only the case after a save and subsequent reload. I have at least five scenarios with the same behavior. And it happens with DB3000 and CWDB databases.

And btw - this is a killer

I can't check 1307.2, but I opened up the OP's save game in 1307.3, and was able to run it, change speeds, pause, start again, etc. It strained my almost 5 year old laptop but it runs fine as far as I can tell.

Maybe patching to 1307.3 will do the trick for you?

If you want to post one of your saves here I (we, whoever wants to) can take a look and try it. Its could narrow down if it's something with the scenario or your CMO installation.

Was able to open it and ran if for a couple hours on single flame. No issues. 1307.2

I was able to load it but not to ran it.

in the meantime I made a test on another computer - with the same results

As I mentioned bevor - I am a Steam user

Matrix version 1307.3

Loaded saved scenario, started and it ran, changed run speeds back and forth, loaded it 2 more times and it still worked fine. No idea what the issue could be.

It might be time to start listing PC specs and PC language settings.

Through Task Manager I found out that CPU usage was 99%!!!!!!!!

16GB RAM @3200 MHz

Are you taking any exceptions in the log during this condition? FWIW the Operation Noble Phalanx save loads on my ancient i-7 950 system and plays, slow (as lots of au)...but plays, or at least did the 2 times I loaded and press play and let it run a couple of in-game minutes.

However it does throw a few dozen of these in the log in first minute or so (then they stop).
