I'm slowly playing though every standalone scenario (I'm loving them and already bought the LIVE bundle) and found a dissonance between the Sided Briefing and the scenario in "Chocking Halifax".
You're told the SpecOps team you're sending ashore will carry an Igla38 in case they see any aircraft leaving their target hangar, but they spawn without it. Here's a pic that shows it:
