FYI - The version still being flown (until recently) is the Ju52/3mg4e.

They have credible performance data posted regarding the '3mg4e', but sadly it uses the older 3x BMW132A engines.

(that has to account for fuel weight, crew weight, passenger weight and cargo weight. given the '3mg7e' had an increased MTOW, its cargo weight would have been increased as well)

(this looks to be too low.... hmm....)
Speed with extended flaps:
120 km/h with 10500 kg
105 km/h with 7500 kg
Tank capacity:

(consistent with the '3mg7e')
Fuel consumption:
approx. 380 l/h
(100 G/h) (if accurate, this is specific to the BMW132A engine and would not be the same as the BMW 132T-2 engine used in the '3mg7e')

(2500 liters / 380 liters per hour = 6.5789 hours)

Given the data provided, Max Range should be approximately Cruising Speed * Endurance (Maximum flying time)...
Max Range = 111 mph * 6.5 hrs = 721.5 miles.
(but the posted cruising speed looks to be too low for the BMW132A, will verify against the recent investigation report (which they provided extremely accurate performance data for the '3mg4e'...))

Regarding Ju52 Fuel Consumption, I have come across values (laking proper context information to be fully usable) that range from :
* 150 L/hr/engine = 450 L/hr (for three engines) (119 US G/hr)
* 365.53L / hr (96 US G/hr)
* 69 G / hr (light load)
* 90 G / hr (full load)
* 90 G / hr (cruise speed)
* 132 kg/hr/engine = 396 kg/hr (for three engines)
* 375 L / hr (99 US G/hr)
* 102 G / hr (crude JU52 est used in the Allies' Luftwaffe fuel consumption report - March 1945, applied to all German transport aircraft and used a Flight Endurance of 5 hrs.)
(note to convert AVGAS volume to/from weight, WITE2 uses 0.75kg/L) (remember from high school, WATER 1L = 1kg (at standard temp) ? well AVGAS weighs less than water)
It actually weighs even less than the WITE2 values, approximately 0.72kg/L, but whatever ....
