An AHQ riddle for you experts?

Post by MarkShot »

Okay, so having an AHQ and subordinate HQs may net improved CPP rebuild provided no HQ exceeds CP and all are in range.

But as you know, on map units just arrive. Yes, I know I can check them in the schedule.

Question: Are any logistic and CPP penalties applied to the AHQ battle group prior to the addition of arrivals to the OOB or after?

If before, you need to be very careful. If after, you can take care of reassigning command HQs as part your pre-movement house keeping.

Thank you, experts!

Not quite sure what the question is, but you have to be careful to manage next turns arrivals so that they fall within the capacity of your HQs.

For example on either turn 2 or 3, AGS gets a newly arrived motorised infantry division (which seems to spawn to where the actual AGS unit counter is, which is good to know).

If the arrival of this unit takes AGS HQ over its limit, you will not get assault bonuses for 1st pz (assuming that this is still assigned to AGS) at the beginning of that turn (well actually in the logistics phase which comes before the air phase).

Hope this makes sense.
