Lufthansa Route Map, 1937

Post by DarkHorse2 »

Came across the attached route map and decided to share....

London -> Hamburg (449 miles)
Berlin -> Stockholm (503 miles)
Paris -> Marseille (411 miles)

Of course, none of these routes are possible (along with many others) using WiTE2's Ju52 data, which only affords a max of 280 miles. :(

Then WiTE2 whacks the Ju52s again with additional operational losses for flying to the limit of their range. (See Living Manual - 18.3.11. Operational Losses). However, it is impossible for Ju52s to fly "to the limit of their range", as it has already been nerfed up-front.

Ju52 Range Nerfed - SMACK :o
Ju52 increased OPS Losses - WACK :shock:

Feel it is safe to assert it is nearly impossible to air-supply advanced Luftwaffe airbases, such as Krivoi Rog in 1941.
