1.12s Ice mine community produces less private credits than it should

I have +40% bonus from commerce feat, it correctly shows it everywhere, including for private credits generation of the private farm but somehow it's 25% for the ice mine. I would expect 6 private credits (5*1.4*0.9 = 6.25).

Number rounding. 0.9 * 5 = 4 ... 4 * 1.4 = 5. It happens with small numbers sometimes.
