Iraqi oil stuck...

The Iraqi oil is listed as traded to France, yet it doesn't appear in the French production form. And I can not figure out how to 'free' it up.

Note that Vichy France was installed, and then the oil was traded to Germany. It was after Vichy France was dissolved, and Syria once more belonged to France, that the Iraqi oil became stuck.

The oil is shown as received by France, but it is not listed as a resource for France.

This is a bug. I don't know why you have this one, I haven't seen this happening in the past when Syria changed hands back to the Allies.
