Capture of Leningrad

Can a defended Leningrad (HQ, army, anti air etc.) be taken from Finland? Necessary units?

I'm only an experienced beginner in the game, but I would say no. I just don't think the Finns have enough units and the supply situation doesn't seem very conducive. Maybe if the Germans sent Medium Bombers and Tac air to help. I have never tried it.
