Game crash on startup-Win7

Update:
I managed to get it working by using a Windows 10 Virtual Machine, still on iMac2019 and VMware fusion.
The steam version just works without any problem with default setup on Windows 10.

Hello,

I am trying to run WITE2 game on a iMac2019 with Windows7 VM via VMware Fusion. Because I do not have a Windows PC at the moment at home but want to enjoy the great game.

But the game crashed on the loading screen.

1. I tried Steam version. And direct download version(with lasted patch), all crash.
2. The Launcher window is visible. Game crash after click Play.
3. I tried rename folder "Video" to "_Video". Still crash.
4. Other Matrix game like TOAW4 could run well in this step.

Attached is DxDiag, please help check and let me know how to fix the problem.
