Alternate fatigue symbol

This mod replaces the teardrop symbol with an exhausted soldier. Makes it easier to associate it with fatigue.

Place the two cprep-fatigue-delay files in your Units folder. Place the other three files in your Gui folder. Back up the old files first so you don't lose them.
