German hexes with mines are not blocking allies supply and movement into ports.

Two German ports are occupied by the Allies and according to my opponent they are able to receive supplies even though both entrance hexes are mined and indicated as German controlled.

I believe that when a port with mines attached to it is captured, the mines follows the new ownership of the port. But I am not 100% sure. You could test it by seeing if now German ships can not enter it.

That is correct. If the Allies take control of the hex with the mine then they own the mine.

OK, but the hex is still indicated as controlled by Germany, so to that extent it seems like a bug. It is a bit confusing.

This is a curious situation as it is possible for an Allied naval unit to enter the Kiel Canal but not via the Kiel Canal !

There is also another curiosity. If Bremerhaven is taken by an Allied unit and the port in full supply, with the north side of the Kiel Canal also under Allied control, it is not possible to embark the Allied unit in Bremerhaven to withdraw it.

Those specific hexes are odd hexes I had to make to let the Kiel Canal work. So they act like sea hexes and are not invadable.

You should be able to move around Denmark to access the Baltic Sea.
