How do you add dark blue lake? By default, I have light blue and I don't understand how to change it.

It is ok. In fact, you just need to save the scenario and to reload it. And then, the lakes are in dark blue.

Yea it's a bug of the editor I am not addressing currently as it is minor and doesn't break anything.
