Change my mind after some pondering. Allied convoys are just to darn good at this point in the game. Going for the 4-box instead.

I notice that there are more Allied air that can fly to the BoB than I thought. Their range is ridiculous. Anyway. Will any fly. They can reach up to the 1-box.

In CSV Allies choose naval air combat and we stay. I believe my box 2 find.

The Italian submariners find in CVB (1-3). Select the 0-box only. The CVP in the area (2-box) has not range enough to affect the search to be included.
The Italian commander check the submarine rules of engagement before ordering the attack. Surface action is the attack variant chosen.
What target(s) will Allies allocate the damage results on?
