possible bug with diving sub destroyed

Hi

not sure if it is a bug or not. I had a sub with str 1 and attacked it with one of my destroyers. I saw the message that the sub is trying to dive away but it got the last 1 damage when diving and was destroyed. The sub was counted as sunk on the reports page but I could not see the national morale bonus you get when you destroy a ship (or unit in general).

Now the question is. Is there not NM bonus in that case? Should there be one? Is it there but you just don't see it when the sub is destroyed while diving? I couldn't check it myself because I don't know what my/my opponents national morale was before that move.

ok, even if it is a bug it is nothing that will be a game changer. Might make a difference in other games or in certain situations when you use the same code for something else.

Hi Mika,

Thanks for the report and you are correct, it does not apply NM bonuses whenever a unit is destroyed via a -1 strength like this.

I'll add it to the list of possible changes for down the road.
