A good CPU to run CMO seamlessly?

So as I understand CMO is a CPU heavy application (i.e. performance is predominantly dependent on the quality of the CPU).

My current CPU is quite old-ish (core i7700k) thus Iam planning to upgrade.

Could you propose a hardware that (i) doesnt cost a fortune and (ii) is able to run even bigger scenarios without a hassle.

If only cmo, cheap, my bet on second hand 5950x(enthusiasts switching to new generation)
3950x even cheaper
If other games too, 7950x3d or 13900k

You also can just rent vps with ultra high amount of CPU and play there

Its a relatively good site if you just want relative specs. You can use the CPU cost as a relative cost benchmark. Of course it doesn't take into account the cost of new motherboards, etc.
