Email notification for PM not working

For the last months mine and other players Email notifications for PM are not working. Anyone else found this problem?

Yes - can't remember the last time it worked. Probably last year?

Yes I have found that it isn't working as well

I strongly recommend contacting Matrix Games support, because I know it has been working for my games so it may be something specific if you have not been receiving any at all.

Of course, check they aren't going into spam, and also that the account you use for PBEM has an email address associated with it that you have access to.

The game turn notifications are being emailed out, but you don't get the email notification if someone sends you a PM

That is strange, as I have certainly received those too.

Best speak to support as they might be able to fix it.
