[v1.12 w]Methane synthesis still wrong description

In the game technology screen the description for Methane Synthesis still lists CO2 instead of CH4. The game is newly started.

Changelist for v1.12b
-Methane Synthesis Tech and Asset now have the correct condition (was linked to CO2 instead of CH4), minimum 250ppm CH4 in atmosphere needed. Things now correspond with Tech description and manual*
