team chat in spwaw?

I try to play online battle with 2 players on one side and 1 player on the other.
2 or more players on the same side can't communicate because enemy can see their chat. Is there any possibility to create separate chat channels for each player?

you have to hit "shift" then "Enter" to get team chat if I remember correctly.
Its been awhile...
It will even say "Team" in front of your chat.
