[1.20d]Replacement Screen Misscounting

Produce Replacement Screen claims I have 1000 Infantry in the SHQ.
I have 600 Infantry - and 400 Rifle Militia.

This seems like a miscount.

Yes it is counting Militia too. Putting you on the wrong foot. Adding to to-do list.
