Bug with Coastal Batteries

The coastal battery can be bombarded by a ship but the battery does not fire back or reduce movement points. My opponent destroyed the coastal batteries by attacking them with ships and getting free EXP by attacking them over and over since they don't fire back (credit to JJonesRambo for the near trick).

I think coastal batteries should reduce movement and fire back when attacked!

I would agree in that the coastal batteries definitely would fire back at least for 2 attacks like most things.
