SS XX reports having been sighted by the enemy at 111 , 110

Dear All

At the beginning of the operationnel report file, I often have such line
"SS XX reports having been sighted by the enemy at 111 , 110"

What does it mean? Does it mean that the sub have been sight by enemy ship and thus we can deduce that in hex 111,110 there was an enemy fleet?

Check on the map for a task force icon, it may have also been sighted by an aircraft on patrol.

It means that one of your subs has been spotted by the enemy....GP

[WEXF]

It means that one of your subs has been spotted by the enemy....GP

You can also check on your sub by moussing over it on the map. If it indicates "TF Spotted" and you have the sub on a "patrol zone" it would be wise to change the patrol zone.
