[v1.20e] Engine design has no effect on aircraft

zgrssd pointed out here that for aircraft models, the engine design score does not appear to have any effect whatsoever. My own tests confirm this - two aircraft with identical components & tech have completely identical performance stats (except for the effects of randomized wing area in the case of thopters) regardless of any difference between their engine design scores.

If this is intentional, the engine design score should probably be blanked out for aircraft, like it is for models that lack an engine.
