1.20f Leaders never invest xp in 6th sense/improvisation

Leaders never invest xp in 6th sense/improvisation, even when they start with these skills and therefore use them in rolls.

Here's an exemple of a leader with both skills, lots of exp and maxed skills but 6th sense and improvisation are the same than when she was hired. In the history she specialized in 6th sense.

This is working as intended. They are not supposed to increase anymore after recruiting them. Though i agree the mentioning of specializing puts you a bit on the wrong foot. Will look into this once I go over the Leader algo's again.
