[1.20f]Faction Demands I declare war on my Vassal

I just have a Faction Demand that I declare war - on my Vassal.
That feels like a very bad demand.

I see no way of doing that, short of purposefully failing a Annexation Roll. Which on a success, would make declaring war impossible - as they do not exist when I Annex them!
