Manual Updated for new DLC?

When Vic implemented aircraft in the game, the manual was updated for the new mechanics. Will the same happen with the release of the new DLC? Just wondering how well or where the new Maritime Trade House mechanics will be documented.

Yes the manual has been updated and for a brief moment now it will (or should be) completely up to date with the current state of the game version 1.2 + Oceania DLC.

I found the updated manual is available on the Steam DLC's web page. Lower left side of the page, you can get the manual. I did find it out that the manual provided as part of the DLC download doesn't appear to be updated (at least not on my PC).
