Difficulty Level

Can the difficulty level be changed after the game has started? If I go to game options after the game is loaded I click on the difficulty level but it doesn't change. This is in official version .52.

If it's against the AI, you can alter each of the help levels individually, you just can't adjust them all at once with the general difficulty level.

But remember setup AI air support can not be changed back after starting. Better to just click the USA AI button each turn to keep your option open.

I think the TBs are also an irrevocable choice too.
