[FIXED](Build 1307.9) Weapon are fired above command channel restriction

Originally I posted the feature request (here) for this issue. Although I don't remember how it was in previous version, but some said it is indeed a bug (because CMO manual p.318 said that weapon cannot fire above command channel restriction), so I posted here.

From Latakia scenario Saar 4 (Reshef) will fire Gabliel AShM to Syrian ships. note that Gabliel is command guided, and requires shooters Gabliel Command Datalink for guidance (only 2 are available for Saar ships).

Six Gabliel are fired (two for each Syrian ship), but only Gabliel #78 and #79 is guided. the rest are unguided and destinated to miss.

"Latakia1_beforelaunch.scen" is 15sec before missile launch, and "Latakia2_afterlaunch.scen" is after sixth missile launch.

Thanks for the report, this is fixed for the next build.

This behavior is due to a recent change that assumes shared data links across group members. This behavior has been modified and limited in distance and to ground units that have settled at a given position for at least 2 minutes.

What's the distance limit? What is it based on - like distance from a group 'lead' etc?

Distance is 5nm, from any group member within this range. This value is subject to be removed/modified though.
That's a very early version, to handle shared datalink with wired/micro-wave relays.
