Looking for intermediate Axis opponent for new ELO game

Daily turns. Standard ELO rules - as referred to by many:
- no Tulun attack by Japanese bombers during Barbarossa
- no early attack on Japan before Japanese DOW
- no Italian navy except subs or transports leave the Med before DOW.
