[REQUEST] Keyboard Shortcuts To Open RP/Zone Manager and Operations Manager

As per the title. It would be very very nice if we didn't have to open a menu for these, as they can get used pretty often. Particularly now that the game is moving to using zones more heavily than RPs, as well as to go along with the whole MDSP paradigm. Mission Editor and ATO already have keyboard shortcuts, so it would also be more consistent.
