I'd like a 5% chance opposing BGs will pass each other like ships in the night when exchanging maps. Not every advance was made along an MSR.

Since there is a bug associated with moves not being blocked, I think most players would just be happy to have this feature work correctly, without guessing if another unknown variable is affecting their moves choices.

There is also more uncertainty with moves due to not knowing if cohesion/fatigue has reduced speed of BG's, and therefore players are not sure if their move will go as expected, if calculation to move is based of BG type and the speeds assigned to them.
Unless there is some way to display changes of speed of BG's due to reduced cohesion/fatigue ... then I would prefer that a change is made to prevent cohesion/fatigue from influencing moves.

When things go not as expected, some players feel a error has occurred ... and want to redo the entire move turn, which is time consuming and frustrating. Therefore, in my opinion, is would be best to have moves processed in a transparent and bug free way.
