[FIXED] Convergence zones not rendering

Steam Beta Build: 1.05.1323.1

Convergence zones are not visually rendering on the map. The zones otherwise function as expected (contacts are detected, etc.) it's just that the rings are not rendering when they should be.

Reproduction Steps: Load Submarine Tutorial 1.1 and look at the map.
