HQ Assault Command Point not increased v 1.02.52

New game started with v 1.02.52 and changed Soviet NW Front HQ to Assault Turn 5. No CPP changes anywhere T5, T6 or current T7. CPP remains at default non assault values for entire HQ chain.

If either the Assault HQ or any other HQ in the command chain is overloaded in terms of Command Points (21.11.6);
If any HQ in the command chain is outside the command range for the Assault HQ (21.11.4)

The second one, Soviet Fronts no longer get command capacity buffs in 1941. The "advantages" from your first quote concern units under an Assault HQ. They are the faster CPP recovery and extra artillery ammo in that case.

Thanks, missed the errata.
20AP for extra arty ammo and faster combat prep recovery seems too high a cost at this point in the war. Interesting that the Soviets still get 2 Assault Front options in 1941.
