My first battle against suprerior tonnage!!

I was cleaning clocks at same tonnage/skill, so I decided to give a 100% advantage to the AI in tonnage. I had 1 titan standing, but I won.

Note to self..give all long range titans scan6 comp6 and at least ECM2

that must've been one hell of a fight. I think the only times I ever face superior tonnage is during campaigns...

Kraken used to be my favourite Assault Titan... Right now it's the Tentakel... Gotta love spotting an enemy titan that's as far as the screen is wide, and still have to-hit ratios above 50%...

My favorite setup is AI at 50-100% additional weight, one or two ranks below my average. I often split my squad to get more than 8 enemies.

My favorite setup right now is my 8 assaults going against 12-14 other assaults, with rank 8 jocks, which is the lowest rank on my squad. My squad can beat 16 other assaults, but they usually get seriously messed up doing it. I lost my original leader of the squad that way, so I haven't tried it again yet. Maybe when my whole team is at hero rank.

I prefer the heavies, with 1-2 lights, mediums, and/or assaults in the mix. I also like smaller size teams 4-5 active squad members is about my limit as to what I play with on a random map. 'Fun' games are usually same jock level with 25%-50% wieght advantage for the enemy (usually on the lower end of that range [;)])
