Hi fellas,

Not sure if this is intended or a bug or something else:
USSR surrendered and completly occupied by Germany.
USSR and Japan never declared war.
Soviet Partisan appears in Wladivostok
Japan can't attack it, probably because they are not at war with USSR. Can't DoW on USSR either. All they could do is to suround the city.
Btw. battle predictions are shown, though.

I presume that Japan has taken over the eastern half of the USSR in this instance?

no, it's completly occupied by Germany.

Ok, in which case it is Germany's responsibility to deal with the Partisans, as Japan is neutral as far as the USSR is concerned.

I guess that battle predictions ideally shouldn't show though.
