You are right about the oil bug. A quick look around, and CW has 4 more oil in UK than I expected, and Germany has 2 more oil in Poland than I expected. Maybe there are further errors.

There seems to be an error in weather. The save I got has the weather as a 3, but the die roll I got show it as a 5. The difference is rain in the Arctic, and the North Monsoon, versus fine weather in those two areas. Same speed the turn advances, and same die roll modifier.

I just sent you the weather autosave. The weather is a 5 so ignore anything the game might have plugged in. I will remove the extra oil before I send the save back. I have played a lot of games with this method and the only bug that I've ever noticed is the oil save bug.
