[Immersion] Custom Empire Emblems

Cheers. Love the game and I see a lot of interesting suggestions already, but thought I'd pitch in for something i hadn't seen outside a Graphics Mod thread from 2020.

While definitely not a high priority, it'd be nice if in the future it was easier to add and use custom empire flag emblems. At the moment, this requires replacing/overriding existing options (be it using GraphicsAlt or directly); having the option of >30 icons would be nice for variety.
