1.12w No profile loss from slave trader decision

If I choose to buy population, I get the commerce increase but not the heart decrease. This is the resulting profiles after the decision.

I think it is a rounding thing. -1 / 0.. not ideal, but not a bug.

A display bug or a calculation bug ?

A calculation bug would be worse, because then you could (wittingly or unwittingly) be able to keep selecting an unlimited amount of these -1 Profile Decisions without any changes in your Profile ever ??
