[1.21c-] Confusingly ordered Leader History Log

While having the history log default to ordering from most to least recent is a good idea, it's confusing that it's in the opposite ordering in each of the rounds :

(Also I'm surprised that a leader can move more than one Profile pips per round, but first round might be exceptional ?? (She joined a Democracy++ Faction.))
