Controlled hexes and supply issues in 1.16 Patch update

Hi,
I have noticed with new update that when you move into hexes controlled by enemy zones of control it shows that hex as still belonging to the enemy even though you have your unit in it. Supply seems an issue as well. For example in Paotow(China) i have 2 units with a HQ next to them and they are showing 0 supply ???? The Japanese control the hexes in front of communist China which I know drops supply to that area but not to 0.

I have the same problem after moving von Sinai to Sues.
