Checking for Update

When I check for an Update I get an error message pop up "Failed to find update data file."

I see the New Patch is out but I don't see anything addressing Japan Attacking Brit Minors (South Africa for example) and starting the war with the Brits Early with little to no response from the USA?

The German Airborne attack on British Ports early on is still an issue. (Activating the Brit Home Guard is a good answer. But the Germans need compensation to match, extra Garrisons to match should be fine and help with the German Boost below).

Germany needs a boost early to ensure the Allies just don't forget everything and stop them cold in France and Russia/Brits needs help to stop the Germans because of the Jump start to balance this out so crazy tactics don't take over this game.

These changes were included in the 1939 campaigns that should address these:

- If Japan declares war on South Africa then the USA will now swing 20-25% towards the Allies (kjgokc2007).
An Allied Declaration of War on the Solomons, Philippines, Hong Kong, Brunei, Burma, Malaya, Sarawak will now all have a greater negative impact on US mobilization (oldAHgamer).
