I sent y'all a new scenario for the war in Europe. If it goes well and y'all would like to fix some AI bug's, please email me. For I have found one real serious AI bug. I make a settlement at hex 201,77 in the swamps of Poland. AI can figure how to remove a unit but not a Headquarters. In multi testing like the game I have saved. AI has surrounded this from Oct 1939 to 1940/06/04 with a very large force. If not a Headquarter in the hex is attack both by air and land. No attacks on a headquarters in this hex. Not even air when air is conducting operations around the area.

Need to add something, if the Headquarters moves out the hex it is attack immediately with everything around.

Thanks, I did receive your files, and it looks like under Campaign->Edit AI Scripts->Advanced that you have this position set in the AI Exclusion list.

This just means that the AI will ignore and not try and attack or capture that particular location, and that essentially it is then working correctly as you've discovered in game.
