Does Belgium align to CW, or France?

The German staff had planned for a few different scenarios before the declaration of war on Belgium, and yet they are taken by surprise when they saw the disposition of the Belgian forces. Fun stuff to see the unexpected. :)

I am awaiting orders from my Allies so not sure when we will be able to continue.

Whoops, that's a mistake in the Belgian Setup. Please move the 5-3 east one hex so it's on the border.

There is an odd cosmetic bug in the attack on Frederikshavn. MWiF gives an attack of 29, which is correct (13 land, 3 air, 13 naval), but says that there is 14 naval, which is wrong. This did not affect anything, but is a little disturbing.
I thought I knew how to play this game....

Land: Germany, Italy
Combined: Japan
Naval:

No Port Strikes. No Naval Air.

Naval Moves:
Japan:
HQI+MAR Fukuoka loads Amph+Trs -> Canton
2xTRS Sasebo loads MIL+ENG+AA-> South China Sea 1-Box escort CL

No strategic bombing.

Ground strikes:
Germany:
LND3 (Saarbrucken) -> 51,30 in NW Belgium
LND2 (Aachen) -> Metz

Will France intercept the ground strike on Metz with their FTR2? Germany has one FTR2, and one FTR3, available for counter-interception.

Rail moves:

Italy:
MECH La Spezia - Nice

Germany:
INF (Karlsruhe) -> Copenhagen

Land moves:

Italy:
HQI advance south to the coast next to Nice (63,33), and is joined by the INF Div that march from La Spezia.
TERR advance a couple of hexes into Kenya.
TERR advance one hex into Tunisia, and capture another.
The supply depot continues its trek through the desert.

Japan:
6-3 INF NE Changsha->Changsha - US reacts with horror, and one entry chit added (2 rolled)
HQI Canton 2 hexes North

Germany:
The XII Infantry Korps liberate Danzig.
Army Group von Leeb concentrate on Krakow.
Army Group von Rundstedt advance into Belgium.
14 SS INF Div is transferred from Kiel to Bremen.

Debark
Japan:
5-2 Mil Canton

Germany makes two automatic attacks in Belgium, and attacks Krakow in Poland.

The attack on Krakow is currently automatic as well. However, the Polish air force (FTR2 + LND2) can lower that odds significantly (5:1 or 7:1 depending on fractional odds). Will Poland use their air? Germany has one FTR2 available for interception.
