Problems with German letters ä,ü ö

There are problems when on-European operating system users generating games with names of ships, names of regions, and ranks of commanders that contain the German letters ä,ü ö.

Btw i found there is also problem with armour in ship data which 4.5inch belt display like 4? belt

We are looking at a potential way to address the 'accented characters' issue by altering save-game methodology, thanks.

Thanks for the screenshot @Yuiri - If you can, please upload your save that shows this by going to your game's Save folders, zipping up the correct save folder, and either posting it directly here or leaving a link to it here using a file-sharing website like WeTransfer, MediaFire, Google Drive, Drop Box, etc to post the save to. This would help us find where the armor decimal portion is being mis-labeled.
