MTH and rival major

Hi,

In the updated manuel, I saw this in 6.2.8 (Ocean strategy tips):

An MTH dominated by you, as the shareholder, will allow you to
manipulate and push that MTH to impose exorbitant prices on your Major
Regime rivals.

This seems fine. But how can I ask an MTH to increase my rivals price ? I tried a policy meeting, but I don't see anything related to this in the options this stratagem give me the following turn.
Maybe I did not interpret well this part of the manual ?
