Flak Losses? Are they still through the roof?

I have not played in since Feb of this year and flak losses were through the roof. Are losses from AA still through the roof? I have seen nothing saying it has changed but I could have missed it.

IIRC the combat effectiveness was reduced

I just ran some test T1 air directives from an old save and had 2 flak losses over 2000 sorties. Based on this, I don't think there's been any major improvement in flak effectiveness.

I may have misread your question. I don't think there has been any changes against air but 88s were reduced against soft ground targets.
