Seeking intermediate level allied opponent for ELO game

I am relatively new to ELO with 6 games completed. I can play on average one game per day. Seeking game with standard ELO rules including no experience farming of naval units, no early attacks by allies on Japan, Solomons, DEI etc. before Japan DOW. I will not move any Italian units from Med before Italy active. If interested please respond here or PM. Regards,
