[FIXED][1328.4] Submarines damage received error

Found this issue on beta 1328.4

Submarines take only 1dp of damage or component damage from torpedoes.

Tried attacks from different platforms but all produce the same result.

Thanks! This was a "fresh" error caused by a recent tweak. Fixed for the next beta update.
